With her expertise in public affairs and stakeholder management, Maaike is an indispensable asset to her clients. She has extensive experience in lobbying in The Hague and advocacy at regional and local levels. Maaike effortlessly navigates between strategic issues, current challenges, and hands-on support, working side by side with her clients throughout the entire process.

Her passion lies in intelligence issues, data-driven public affairs, and developing IT tools for ambitious professionals in the field. Together with co-CEO Mark van den Anker, she developed our successful Stakeholder Intelligence Monitor (SIM), a powerful tool for strategic decision-making.

Before joining Wepublic, Maaike worked as a public affairs advisor at Schiphol Group and as a consultant at Berenschot and EPPA Politiek & Lobby Consultants. She was also active in the VVD, both locally and nationally, which further deepened her political insight.
