Max Radix

Junior Advisor

With a father who was active in the municipal council, Max developed an early interest in politics. From the age of fifteen, he worked as a page and attended local political meetings as a regular observer. Even later in life, he remained fascinated by how policy is shaped, from the local to the national level.

During his studies in Public Administration, Max was active in various organizations and associations. He completed a part-time board year as account manager at UniPartners Leiden, where he also gained experience as a student consultant. In addition, he co-founded a debating society with fellow students, which has since grown into one of the largest in Leiden. He remains involved in both organizations, serving on the Supervisory Board of the former and the Supervisory Board of Commissioners of the latter.

Between his bachelor’s and master’s degrees, Max completed an internship in Uruguay at a green hydrogen energy project developer, which strengthened his interest in the latest developments in renewable energy. After his bachelor’s, he pursued a Master’s in Strategic Management at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where he followed courses on topics such as applied machine learning in business consulting, emerging technologies like blockchain and the metaverse, and programming in Python.

The combination of political engagement, a commercial mindset, and a background in public administration allows Max to thrive at the intersection of business and government. Looking for a versatile professional who translates complex issues into clear solutions? Max is happy to think along with you.
