As a Junior Public Affairs Advisor at Wepublic, he monitors political and societal developments (SIM) and translates these into clear insights and strategic advice on advocacy and public affairs.

His academic background in the multidisciplinary program International Studies and the history of international relations aligns seamlessly with this role. During his studies, Lion gained broad experience with politically sensitive and societal issues. He completed an internship at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he was part of the Middle East Peace Process team during the war between Israel and Hamas.

Lion is energized by complex dossiers and enjoys thinking along on smart, feasible solutions. Outside of work, he is just as likely to be found on the football or tennis field as he is immersed in a good historical book.
