With a curious perspective and a strong sense of governance dynamics, Floor operates at the intersection of policy, interests, and decision-making. She has long been interested in how policy is made: who sits at the table, which considerations are made, and how formal processes and informal influence interact.

Floor studied Public Administration and Organizational Science, followed by a Master’s in Governance and Policy. During her studies, she gained experience at a consultancy firm for the public sector and completed an internship at Transparency International, where integrity, transparency, and good governance were central.

In her master’s thesis, Floor researched lobbying regulation, with a specific focus on tobacco lobbying. She brings this substantive interest into her work: she maps stakeholder interests, structures complex issues, and helps clients act with clarity and strategic focus.

At Wepublic, Floor monitors political and societal developments through the Stakeholder Intelligence Monitor (SIM) and provides advice in the field of public affairs and communications.
