On-the-job support
Sometimes actual on-the-job support is necessary. We supply experienced professionals who like to tackle challenges and know how to get the job done. They’ve been around the block a few times. Let them take care of what you’re concerned about.
Our working method is very simple. Together with the customer, we come up with a profile of the ideal candidate. We decide how many days per week and for how long support is going to be needed. Our candidates are employed at Wepublic or come from our extensive network.
Common situations that require interim support:
- An issue or crisis that requires a lot of capacity
- A position becomes available and there is no permanent solution in the short term
- Additional capacity when there are major changes or major issues
- Interim expertise for a project or programme
- Long-term incapacity of a professional
- Specialist knowledge is required but not available at the customer
