Further development of a strategic programme for the communication function at DSM

Situation and insight: To beef up the impact of the communication function, the communication director and the leadership team needed a sounding board as regards process and content. The programme focused on stakeholder-driven campaigns, digital transformation and team development.

Approach:

  • The focus was on bringing together various improvement initiatives and objectives.
  • In our role as external advisors, we guided the team in terms of structure, content and approach. We provided ideas to actively involve stakeholders in the process.
  • We also gave them practical support in the area of project management and communication.
